Welcome to Couple Glow: Transform Together (“Couple Glow”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the Couple Glow application and related services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Couple Glow provides general health, wellness, fitness, hydration, nutrition, and lifestyle information for informational and motivational purposes only.

We are not medical professionals, dietitians, or healthcare providers.

The app does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any fitness, nutrition, or wellness program.

You use the app and participate in workouts, nutrition plans, or recommendations at your own risk.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activity under your account
• Providing accurate information
• Keeping your login credentials secure

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Couple & Shared Features

Certain features are designed to share progress and information between connected partners.

By linking accounts, you acknowledge that selected information may be visible to your connected partner, including:

• Workout activity
• Streaks
• Mood check-ins
• Shared goals
• Progress updates
• Activity summaries

You are responsible for what you choose to share.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features require a paid subscription.

Subscriptions are billed through Apple’s App Store and may automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Pricing, free trials, promotional offers, and subscription features may change at any time.

Refund requests are handled according to Apple’s policies.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app unlawfully
• Abuse, harass, or harm other users
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the app
• Reverse engineer or copy the platform
• Upload harmful or malicious content
• Use the service in a way that damages Couple Glow or its users

7. Intellectual Property

All app content, branding, logos, designs, graphics, text, software, and features are owned by Couple Glow or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the app without written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

Couple Glow may integrate with third-party services including:

• Apple HealthKit
• RevenueCat
• Supabase
• Analytics providers

We are not responsible for third-party services, products, or platforms.

9. Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time without notice.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Couple Glow and its affiliates will not be liable for:

• Injuries
• Health complications
• Data loss
• Lost profits
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Relationship disputes arising from app usage

Your use of the app is at your own risk.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Couple Glow at any time if you violate these Terms.

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.
